Transforming and rebranding a 50-year-old company is a big responsibility.

Oztrakia is one of the well-known trading companies in Turkey, founded by Mustafa Iris in 1973 in Edirne. Since the company’s success started to expand in the region they operated in different countries with different names based on the same business concept.   

Despite the company’s success over time, there was also confusion with the audience, this is because it operated under different names and visual identities in different countries. The time for restructuring was indispensable.

TROKIT worked closely with the management team to set a new vision. Thus, after many meetings and brainstorming sessions, we came to the conclusion that we need a master brand, under the umbrella which will represent all the companies with the same visual identity. The team came up with a master brand with a new name IRIS group, because it’s a familiar business we named this company with the surname of its founder.

TROKIT decided to hold the colour blue from the past and installed the yellow colour to make it warmer to provide a positive feeling to the brand.

All this process resulted in the one and unique identity anywhere the company operates. This transformation helped the business to have greater scope for growth and build trust and confidence to the brand, customers and partners.
