Rebranding the Identity of a Leading Swiss Construction and Real Estate Company

LIKA AL GmbH is an ecosystem of architects, businessmen and engineers pioneering a new era in construction and real estate development in Switzerland. Their network of partners in the region makes them a driving force for a complete package in the real estate industry. Their staggering growth since they were formed in 2012 has been second to none in the region. As they continue to grow rapidly, TROKIT collaborated with the organisation to develop a new identity that would fit their development as a big company.

Design’s objectives were to provide clarity in their company profile, their services and highlight their organisational structure, whilst keeping the heart of their brand in mind and not losing touch with those who founded the organisation. With over 13 years of experience of rejuvenating brands and delivering fresh identities for companies, TROKIT were well equipped.

Trokit utilised a part of the roof element in their previous logo and used it as an advantage to describe the growth acceleration and rapid advancement in LIKA’s journey. Keeping the colours and knowing that simplicity is key, TROKIT’s end product for the client was a success.
