Brand Identity for one of the biggest shopping mall in region.

The international retail industry has been gaining momentum in Kosovo, more well-known brands are now entering the market in the region due to more opportunities being developed by big investors. GALERIA is an example of this momentum, TROKIT were to lay cards on the table for the organisation and provide a brand identity.  

TROKIT was inspired to deliver a trademark for GALERIA, one that was endearing and identifiable. Through this thinking, the team had developed a sans serif typography that was bubbly and bold, allowing for a clean solid colour to be implemented. Magenta.

Magenta is one of universal harmony and emotional balance. In the meaning of colours, magenta represents universal love at its highest level. It promotes compassion, kindness and cooperation and encourages a sense of self-respect and contentment in those who use it.

An emotional drive for the target audience is the symbol, TROKIT knows this, so they evolved part of the ‘G’ from the typography and established a simple and versatile symbol. The versatility was key, as for a shopping mall it can be used in various formats for different purposes on the centre. Also, the symbol allowed for an array of textures and patterns to be implemented to represent the options of activities and stores in the GALERIA shopping centre.

With all elements combined TROKIT fundamentally allowed GALERIA to exist in the modern era in regards to a visual brand identity.
